Seeking roommate for a house
I am an open, fresh and not least good guy who lives in a house in amager. I want to find a roomie who will rent a room. rent includes electricity, heating and water as well as net. The house is a total of 84 square meters and is very close to amagerbrogade. However, the room is small and unfurnished, but on the other hand there is a large common room, kitchen, a newly renovated bathroom, basement with laundry room and cellar-living room. In addition, there is a cozy little garden with a kitchen garden and terrace that you can sit out and grill in the summer. About the location of the house: located in a quiet and quiet neighborhood. It takes 15 min. to drive to amager beach park by bike and 20 min. to get to the center of copenhagen by bike from the residence. There are many good shopping opportunities (about 5 - 10 supermarkets within walking distance of the house)
