Seeking 2 new roomies for apartment at Harald Jensens Plads :-)
Dear homeowners! I'm looking for 2 roomies for my apartment at Harald Jensen's place. Occupancy per. June 1st. A little about the apartment: The apartment is 80 sqm and generally appears bright and spacious. It consists of 3 rooms, with shared kitchen and bathroom. In addition, there is a washing machine and a tumble dryer in the apartment and a patio + basement with a small basement room that will be shared. The rooms for rent are 12 sqm and 15 sqm respectively. Both rooms are bright, spacious and with high to ceiling ceiling. The room of just under 15 sqm is next to the courtyard and has 3 large built-in wardrobes. The rent for this is SEK 3800. The room of just under 12 sqm is adjacent to Harald Jensen's place. The rent for this is SEK 3400. For both rentals, the usual expenses are included (internet / license, electricity, heating) which we split equally. About 500 DKK per man. (housing benefit is not deducted from the total rent). When moving into the room of 15 sqm, a total of DKK 19,500 must be paid, corresponding to 1 month's rent + 1 month's prepaid rent and a deposit of 11,400. When moving into the room of 12 sqm, a total of DKK 17,500 must be paid, corresponding to 1 month's rent + 1 month's prepaid rent and a deposit of 10,200. A little about me: I am from 1998 and currently work as a receptionist, but plan to start studying this summer. I am positive, outgoing, and up to a healthy lifestyle and a good social life. I spend a lot of time working, friends, girlfriends and family. In addition, I appreciate a clean and nice apartment, so it could be super fine if you know how to swing a vacuum cleaner. In the apartment there is room for fun and coziness, but of course you accept a closed door. A little about you: You are a sweet and nice boy / girl with a desire to keep a tidy and cozy home.
