Seeking 1st roommate for our 112 sqm apartment in Odense C
We are 2 friends looking for a roommate for our apartment in the center of Odense, close to the pedestrian street. We seek a social and clean roommate. The apartment is 1 floor and consists of 3 rooms, 1 communal kitchen and bath, spread over 112 sqm, which is in addition to a small balcony. All the facilities are of fine quality. Our apartment shares a shared garden with the rest of the property where parking for cars / bicycles and a shared terrace. The rent is SEK 3000, - The rent is excl. Electricity, internet / TV package, home insurance. We use the housing insurance money to pay these bills, which will be a difference amount of about SEK 150 per month. Briefly about us: - We are both starting a higher education. - Undefeated champions in partners - Both go into a healthy lifestyle (without being exaggerated) The period will be 3-4 months.
