Sweet cohabite sought
Dear Everyone, My friend has been so good and grabbed a 98 sqm2, 4-room brand new apartment in Ørestad just off Vestamager st. The accommodation is very beautiful, super modern and beautifully located. The only thing is that we are missing the fourth roomy until the date of entry on March 1, in a while. Who is going to live in the apartment is Julie, my girlfriend, and her boyfriend Rabie who shares the room that is next to the living room. Both are respectively. 20 (21) and 21 (22) years and work full time. My name is Lærke, I am a student at the University of Copenhagen, and read European ethnology on a daily basis in the 2nd semester. And then there are you dear coming roomie that we are looking for and wishes to live with us! A common feature of our three is that we are all incredibly open and have feet firmly placed on the ground. By a slightly more detailed description of the personality, we can look at 'interests' where we have put a little on the headline, gathering our main interests across. Our desire for cohabiting is not so demanding. We do not need to have the same age or interests. The most important thing for us is just that the communication is in place and we all can agree and feel at home on good and evil. If we have a bad day, want peace or quiet, have guests visiting, can snuggle on the couch or feel ugly (with much more), there must be room for it. On the floor plan you can see delicious rooms. The two smallest rooms of 10 sqm2 both have a fantastic light incidence with floor-to-ceiling windows. The idea is that we will knock a gap between the living room and the kitchen so that the living room can have a multifunctional function that can help ensure that Julie and Rabie do not drive each other into madness while it may be to give more space for privacy / tranquility across all of the apartment. Everything is pt. unfurnished. In addition, there are both washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer and floor heating in the apartment. However, the most important things to do is: - We move everyone in on March 1st. - Deposit is 18,944 kr (this covers the deposit + 1 month's prepaid rent + rent for the whole of March). - The monthly rent is 4,500 kr.
