Hi, I am looking for a roomie for a large room in Aarhus C as of 1.5 2020 About you: - responsible - at least 23 years - have lived outside before - keeps a clean home and is good to clean - socializing About the apartment: - The apartment is a 3-room apartment of 77 m2, high ceilings, shared living room, kitchen and a smaller bathroom. - Views of the city, Mill Park and Aros - There are free laundry facilities in the basement. - The room is about 17 m2, large, bright and with sun most of the day. It is located towards a quiet courtyard and there is a large built-in closet. Practical: - Rent + consumption + internet + housing support = approx. DKK 4500. - Upon moving in, a deposit equal to 2 months rent is added, as well as a month's prepaid rent.
