Cute girl to a room in a 3-room apartment
Looking for a girl to a big room in Aarhus V We need a female roomie for our last room of 13.5 sqm in a 3-room apartment, with a balcony. The room is rented for an unlimited time and like to a student. The apartment is located on Hasle Torv (Viborgvej) The relocation is set at 1/4. The apartment consists of 3 rooms and in addition to it, a kitchen, a hallway and a bathroom shared with 2 others. The rent is fixed at 3500, with everything and the deposit is 9900. The housing support is available in addition to, and is not included as we both work so we sometimes do not receive housing support. A little about us: we are 2 girls of 21 who read medicine and for a nurse, both on the 3rd semester. Natascha comes from Klejtrup and Natalie from Vejle. We have both lived in the apartment since January 2017, but did not know each other before that. We are both ordinaries and like to keep the entire apartment clean and optimal. We are happy, kind and welcoming and are always ready for a chat in the kitchen about various small things. We have a bicycle cellar with coin laundry that is not included in the rent but is for free use. In addition, we have a very nice courtyard that is used for various events and enjoyment.
