We rent a room in our new and delicious mini-club. The room is approx. 10 m², but you get full access to the kitchen-living room, living room and bathroom, which we share in common. It is in a 4-room apartment of 116 sqm with a large balcony of approx. 10 m², located on the 1st floor with elevator. Several of the boring details are found at the bottom of the advertisement. Who are you? You are female, Danish speaking in the 20's or 30's. It is important for us that you are socially employed as we spend most evenings together. And want to spend time with us over a beer / red wine / G & T or maybe just a game or movie. We also respect the need for privacy and a closed door of course. You have tried to live with others or have taken an active decision to want it and not because the economy does not allow anything else. You are clean, as it is important that the apartment is kept in good condition and that dishes and cleaning are taken seriously. Who are we? The bit: The bit is the appealing feature of the apartment, as she can look after everything, too. She works daily as a standup comedian. She is a person who neglects to care for her, but Christian helps her with go energy and she is fond of games, red wine, movies (has a great love for the series Matador, where she loves to play fun-fact with Bitten ) and of course socially enjoyable. He is volunteering at Green Concert and Roskilde together with some good friends. We are not the big party lovers and like spending weekends relaxing and having fun with friends. Since it is a very social home you have to move into, your friends are also welcome :) We do not have a TV package, but as you can see in the picture we have lots of movies and, moreover, access to various streaming services. The boring details: the room is as said about 10 m². The room is unfurnished, though with a 60 cm wardrobe and the room will be newly painted (the whole building is about 2 months old). When you look at pictures, it's the picture with a lot of dvd movies and the suspicious t-shirt and on the floor plan is the room next to the stairs. In addition to the rooms there is a shared kitchen-dining room with light plank flooring. In the kitchen area there is a built-in oven, induction hob and large fridge / freezer. There is also a large bathroom with a washer & dryer, wall mounted toilet and large shower with waterfall shower. We have lots of furniture and fixtures in the rest of the apartment, so you do not have to worry about it. The apartment is located in the northeastern part of Amager, which is 6-7 minutes to both Øresund Metro st. and Lergravsparken Metro st. and maybe almost as important 10 min. to Amager Strandpark. The center can be reached by bike in 10 minutes and plenty of good shopping opportunities just around the corner. Smoking and pets are not allowed in the apartment. However, there is a balcony if you are smoking. The price of the whole glory is a rent of 4,750, - per person. md. + consumption of 400, - per md. Consumption covers water, heating and a 300/300 m / bit internet connection. In addition, a basement room can be rented, it costs 400, - per person. md. but that's not something we pt. have rented, but it has been spoken. When moving in, 1 month is paid. prepaid rent + 3 months deposit + first month rent + on conto (Total: 24,150) We of course reserve the right to 3 months probation to see if we can together.
