The apartment is located at the quiet end of Hallandsgade, so there is no road noise from Amagerbrogade. It's about. five to ten minutes walk to various bus lines, metro and Amager center. In addition to the 14 square meter room, there is of course a shared bathroom, kitchen and entrance hall. - washing machine (laundry) is in the property's laundry basin - there is a fridge / freezer - there is a possibility for cable tv (but only those who pay a TV package themselves) - there are plenty of kitchen items that can be borrowed (cutlery, dishes, saucepans, plates, pans, microwaves, egg cookers, toasters, dishwasher, glasses, cups, etc.) - induction cooker (well worth the choice of own pots and pans) The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet, but is of the smaller variant. By agreement, there may also be a possibility to borrow my room so that there may be a little bigger company (approx. Estimated at max. 20 people). You may have pets in the property, so if you have a turtle, a well behaved dog or something else that does not bother anyone, then it's welcome. Smoking inside is not tolerated. Rental period: As a starting point, up to 1 year, but can not refuse the possibility of re-hire. You as a tenant: I'm looking for a gap between "the diligent student" and "party party", perhaps the most inclined to the former. The property's walls, ceiling / floors are not particularly soundproofing, so generally no loud music, TV or other between 22:00 and 08:00. In the bright hours of the day, normal level and medium level are ok with me (depending on how long and how often). As we live close together, it's important for me to be able to talk well with my roommate. Therefore, I highly prefer people who are mature enough to say their honest opinion and nuance their angles, even in a conflict. I'm not a fan of people who never try to understand people disagree or different than themselves. If you are extrovert or very brave introverted it will be a plus. I work with people who make heavy decisions, sometimes life / death situations, and do not understand a roommate whose day is broken just because it's rainy or there's a queue in a store. I'm looking for a roommate who is not too "young" / immature to tell me if he / she is sad or has trouble. I'm more than open-minded to different personalities, so you can be (fun) football fan, cosplayer, health freak, hardcore gamer, extreme sports enthusiast or live and breathe to keep up with reality tv. In fact, I prefer people who go up for something, exhibit passion, have goals in life and dare to follow their dreams. As a kind of summary, I expect a lot more openness, trust and consideration than the average landlord. In return, a roommate / bearer can expect (at least) the same from me. You can ask me about a lot of things / almost everything and often get a positive answer (or at least just a neutral charge;) You will always be welcome if I'm partying in the apartment. I think it's more fun to cook for more, if you are a student student or you have a lot of overtime, there will be chances for something warm and homemade (and relatively healthy). Almost the same applies to cleaning and order. There will be (even) nicer when there is reason. I usually keep the place cleaned and reasonably clean, but not so that I vacuum twice a week and all surfaces are polished constantly.
