Social roomie wanted for beautiful newly built apartment in Kbh SV
ROOMMATE WANTED! 3-bedroom in Kbh SV I am looking for a social roomie for my three-room apartment (93 sq m) on Frederiksbrygge in Kbh SV with move-in as soon as possible. The room (unfurnished) is approx. 8.5 square meters with associated storage room/walk-in closet of approx. 2.5 sq m. There is a bright, large kitchen-dining room and a west-facing balcony where you can enjoy beer or wine in the evening sun. The building is very new, so everything is in super good condition and works as it should. Bus 7A stops very close by, and by bike it only takes 5 minutes to Dybbølsbro and Fisketorvet. In 2024 there will also be a metro. The monthly rent is DKK 5,750 plus DKK 625 in advance for water, heating, electricity and internet. Before moving in, 2 months' rent is paid as a deposit. I am looking for a roomie who is preferably over 25, open and outgoing and has a positive attitude. I respect closed doors, but it would be pretty boring if you hide in your room all day. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. About me: I am 31 years old, originally from Vienna, Austria, and work as an art transport coordinator. I am very outgoing and love getting to know new people. My main interests are photography and art. I also love to cook delicious vegan food and share it with my friends. At the weekend, the apartment often smells of home-baked sourdough bread. I do running training, fitness training and daily meditation. The environment is very important to me and I am looking for a roomie who also cares about sustainability.
