Small room at reasonable price in nice apartment

I am a 38-year-old Swedish guy who has been living in Copenhagen for six years. I have spare room in my apartment which I am considering renting out for a shorter period of time (2-6 months, but that is not set in stone). The room is fairly small (7-8 sqm), but would have access to the whole apartment (roughly 80 sqm). It is furnished - a small bed, mirror, some shelves and drawers. I can arrange for additional furniture if needed. The room gets plenty of light as the apartment is on the top floor of the building. It is hardly luxurious, but highly functional; I have rented it before up to two years. The apartment is old and charming. It has a big balcony which is super nice in spring and summer. There is a sauna and a gym in the basement of the building which are free of charge. On the downside, the water pressure is a little low and the bathroom situation is a little funny (see layout in pictures). The apartment is located in a quiet residential area on Østerbro. The nearest train station is Svanemøllen, which is an eight-minute walk from the apartment. Fælledparken - one of the biggest parks in the city - is less than ten minutes away on foot. Biking into the city center takes about 15 minutes. You can also use it as much as you want. About me: I don't smoke and I have no pets. In typically work 8-5 (for Nordea, giving investment advice). I spend most of my evenings and weekend on my hobbies (mainly exercising and dancing lindy hop) or seeing friends. At home, I like to listen to podcasts or watch Netflix. I am a friendly, easy-going, tidy person - I hope you are too. References from previous tenants / guests (a handful - all female) are available upon request.
