As I move to a high school for 6 months as of 1 January 2018, I would like you to stay overnight and either get a temporary resident accommodation in my room or you have the opportunity to rent the entire apartment half the year I am away. It is a 2v apartment of 64 sqm in Odense C (right next to the railway station). The rented room is 15 sqm and with a balcony to the farm. Since the balcony is a common facility, I would like us to use it together. However, as you are the tenant of the room, I will only use it after agreements with you. There is a small hallway in the apartment, shared kitchen and a small bathroom. In the basement I have a washing machine, ironing board and iron that can also be included in the living room. The rent is 3000 kr. And the remaining 300 kr is at extra costs in connection with the shared internet / tv, home insurance and license. Deposit is 2 months rent + 1 month prepaid
