Although room in Valby city center is rented per. 1 / 10-2019 or 1 / 11-2019 The room is in our lovely apartment which is 74 square meters and consists of, two equally sized bedrooms with a bright living room in between, newer kitchen with dishwasher, a small bathroom and two smaller balconies. The apartment has been renovated with beautiful light wood floors and newer kitchen elements. We (me and my boyfriend) have been living in the apartment for almost 5 years, which is why we of course have kitchenware, vacuum cleaner, etc. which you are welcome to borrow. The apartment has a locked courtyard which you are welcome to use as well as a locked bicycle cellar and free laundry for which you will receive your own key. The apartment is located in Copenhagen, Valby, just off Valby station, where many regional trains, S-trains and buses run from and to, making it possible to be in the inner city (Copenhagen) in less than 10 minutes. The apartment is located in beautiful Valby, a 2-minute walk from the Spinderiet shopping center and Valby long street, which contains many nice eateries and local shops. The room for rent is approx. 13 square meters, unfurnished and newly renovated. You will have access to the common living room, kitchen and bathroom that you will share with us. Pets are not allowed! The monthly rent is: DKK 5000 + a monthly prepaid rent. The rent includes electricity, water, heating, TV package, internet and free laundry in the yard's associated laundry room. The rental period will be 1 year, with great opportunity for an additional 1 - 2 years. There will be 1 month notice for both parties. When moving out, the room must be repainted and floors must be in the same condition as when moving in. A little about us: We are a young couple who have been lovers for almost 5 years. We are both 26 years old. On a daily basis Nicolai studies for primary school teacher at Frederiksberg and Sif studies a candidate in health promotion, health strategies and psychology at Roskilde University (RUC). We are a quiet couple who are used to living together and in our younger years also with others. We love our home very much, so it is important that the person who becomes our next roomie take good care of our home with us. It is important for us to have a roomie with whom we have a good chemistry, but also one who respects that we are both students and that a closed door may be needed.
