Are you looking for a nice home in a nice neighborhood? And are you a sweet soul? - Then step closer. Info about the apartment: The apartment is located at Pladehals Allé in Copenhagen SV in the Frederiksbrygge district - with Frederiksholmløbet (water) right next door. - Bus 34 two minutes from the front door - 10 min. walking distance from Sydhavn st. - 15 min. By bike to the main train station - 5 min. By bike to Fisketorvet The apartment is 89m2 with a nice balcony and a net 1 min away (So we speak so close that you can look down into it - And yes, it's delicious when you love snacks) It's a 3 bedroom apartment from 2017. You will have the large room that overlooks the courtyard. There is a dishwasher and washing machine in the apartment that you can use. The rent is as described 7000 kr. Which is all inclusive. (Water, heat, electricity and internet) You are the best: Blessed, fashionable, possesses the spirit of humor and responsible - like to enjoy a glass of wine (or two .. possibly three .. I'm a fan of wine) as well as respecting each other's privacy. I do a lot of domestic duties so if you can swing the vacuum cleaner and find time to clean, that would be great. - We will, however, change the cleaning so that it is always fair. A little about me: I'm reading the Interior Architect, standing in store 20-25 hours a week, and so I spend the rest of my time with my girlfriends, boyfriend and family. I am a calm, smiling and positive person who LOVES to talk! If you like to be told laaaaange and well-written stories, then I'm your girl - cause this bitch loves to talk. (But do not worry I do not speak constantly!) And I'm as happy to listen as I'm to tell stories;) I love everything that's about eating, whether exploring new exciting dishes in the kitchen, or just talk about food! FYI When I am from Thailand, you will find that I make some slightly strange dishes (usually a nice scent of fish sauce) - But I'm always ready to share. I am also very loving by nature and always ready with open arms and ears if you need to get rid of something. And I'll be your biggest Cheerleader / Hypeman. Then I'm excited about ALT. My interests include: Interior, food and documentaries in all shades. You get lots of alone time Even though I'm in a relationship, do not worry about living with someone who always has his boyfriend over there - do not worry, he will NEVER run and we are ALWAYS with him. In addition, you will find that I often go down to visit my parents (where I always stay overnight) and so I am also looking for a place with a friend / my girlfriends. - You get the opportunity to be alone in the apartment.
