SÖGER SØD ROOMIE FOR LARGE ROOM AT VESTERBROGADE
Kristina and I are looking for roomie for vacant and unfurnished room in super central apartment per 1 February 2019! We are 2 Norwegian girls who move into an apartment in Aarhus C 1 on 1 February, and therefore seek a roomie for a third room. The apartment is 112m2 and consists of 3 large rooms, a cozy common living room, bathroom and kitchen. Washer and dryer are located in the basement and are included in the rent. The apartment is also close to shopping opportunities, uni and downtown. The rent is about 4200kr / month incl. Water and heating (not deducted from housing subsidies!). In addition, internet and electricity. In return, a deposit of 3 months rent + 3 months prepaid rent is payable. Room rented for an indefinite period. We are both 21 years old from Norway and study medicine at the university. We are looking for a sweet roomie of 20-25 years who is a student so we hopefully get housing support. In addition to that, we seek a social roomie that is fresh on a cup of coffee, a glass of wine or a movie once in a while, but also has respect for a closed door.
