SEARCHING ROOMIE FOR UNFORCED PAPER 15/1 or 1/2 - 1/6 2019
Hi there! When my boyfriend is standing and going to exchange after New Year, I am looking for a roomie for occupancy approx. d. 15/1 or 1/2 ?? The apartment is located on the Fjældvænget in Aarhus V and is a total of 95 sqm large! In fact, it's not just about one, but two rooms! The large room is approx. 12 sqm with built-in wardrobes and the small is approx. 10 sqm - you can also see them on the floor plan and the pictures ?? So you get about 22 sqm completely for yourself! Besides that you will then have to share the kitchen with a large dining area and bathroom with me, who lives in the apartment while she is away. The apartment is approx. 15 min by bike from uni and city center and less than 200m from shopping. Just about all the practicalities: The rent for the two rooms is in total on the neat sum of 3742 kr BEFORE housing support including everything (also internet!) The deposit is on one month's rent and there is no prepaid rent, but the contract will be binding for the entire period.
