Room is rented in Aarhus C and can be taken from 1st July to an unlimited period - 3967 kr / mdr. incl. Water and heat. Electricity and internet are not included in the rent. The price is before housing support, so it's important that you are a student. The apartment is 55 sqm. gross and built in October 2017. It is centrally located within walking distance to both the city and the university and is not furnished. The lease contains a private room of approx. 9 sqm. Afterwards, toilet, bath and kitchen, separate balcony and storage room are shared. In addition, the apartment includes washer and dryer, as well as a dishwasher I am 18 years old and is a student at Aarhus Academy. I'm looking for a room that is open and welcoming. One who may occasionally want some communal dining, but also someone who can give each other space. In addition, I appreciate a clean home.
