We are looking for a cute girl of the same age for a beautiful newly built apartment in the newly built bridge quarter in Aarhus C. The apartment is located on Lone Kellermans gade on the 4th floor - not far from uni, VIA and the street. Move-in is between 1/8-1/9. ABOUT THE APARTMENT: * The apartment is 96 square meters * Your room is 10.4 square meters * The apartment consists of: 3 large rooms, kitchen-dining room with dishwasher, bathroom with washing column and a small storage room. * Nice south-facing balcony * Rent incl. Water and heating on account: DKK 4,630 * Deposit of DKK 22,083 - incl. first and last month's rent * The apartment complex has two roof terraces as well as an orangery and a large courtyard ABOUT US: You will live with two sweet 21-year-old girls who went to high school together. However, don't let that scare you - we are ready to welcome you with open arms and big smiles! In addition, you won't have problems remembering our names, since it will be 2 x Emma you have to live with?? Emma Dalum: I am currently on my 2nd sabbatical after finishing high school. During my sabbatical years, I worked a lot to save up and figure out what I want to study. In my free time I like to work out in the gym or go to a cafe, so it's great that we get to live close to it all!?? I hope to be offered a study place at Aarhus University after the summer. Emma Norup: I am also starting my 2nd sabbatical. During this period, I have been on a trip to Kenya, which consisted of a stay at a university and voluntary work at an orphanage. In addition, I have worked a lot so that I could save up for this wonderful apartment as well as student life! When I'm not scrambling to earn money, I enjoy spending (almost) all of it again on pampering and shopping?? After summer, I very much hope to study at VIA University College. Every now and then we love to spend Friday evenings at Åboulevarden in the company of our sweet friends, where you are of course more than welcome to join us for a beer or two!?? ABOUT YOU: We are looking for a roomie who wants a shared home with space for socializing, but of course also with respect for the need for alone time. We both hope to start studying this summer, and it will therefore be a big plus if you also have plans for this, so that we have the opportunity to apply for housing benefit.
