SEARCHING: 2 roomates for a new big apartment in Cortex Park!
I am looking for two roomies that I can share my new 4 bedroom apartment of 105 sqm. It is located at Cortex Park and it is possible to move in on April 1st or May 1st. The apartment is located on the 1st floor overlooking a lovely lake and with woods in the background. It is located a stone's throw (approx. 300 m) from the university (SDU), the bilka and the rosengård center. In addition, shopping opportunities (net) are just around the corner. Both rooms are 11 sqm and have built-in cupboards (see picture of the floor plan - the two with cross over). The apartment has dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, nice kitchen / dining area and 6 sqm balcony. In addition, there is an associated storage room of 3 sqm. Ift. for furniture in the rooms, it is possible to agree with current occupants on the possibility of acquiring curtains and lamps. On a daily basis I study medicine at SDU and have just started the second semester. I love literature, music and food.
