Söder roomates for the relocation of a new apartment
Hi, I'm about to move in apartment soon. I have been offered an apartment, which is currently being renovated. I live in it next door, so have an idea of how the new one will look. Newly renovated, loft ceiling, white, 200 + sqm. I have been offered myself to come to the proposal for the renovation of this apartment if I have any wishes. My idea is to move 5 people together, and share the rent as well as consumption. Thus, the monthly fee is 5000 per man, plus total consumption is approximately 1500 per month. The apartment comes with private parking space and it is located in an old renovated station building, so Klampenborg station is just outside the door. I myself myself have been for 20 years and is a trainee trainee in Malmö, I drive there every day and work full time. I am therefore only home from 18:00 in the evening. I'm a person as a person, but think that a cleaning lady can come 1 times a week, to drop areas. I am very welcoming and like a good fellowship. My idea is to find someone like those who like to cook for others so we can share that guy, bla. The date of relocation is not set yet, as I am still working on finding out how and how.
