Spacious condominium looking for roomie
We are looking for a female resident for the last room in our residence Happy House Collective (see English below) ?? Room (unlimited rent): 3350 pr. month (incl. consumption (on account), tv, internet, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher) Area: 9 m2 Occupation: As soon as possible Conversations: Ongoing (over the next weeks) Deposit: 9,000 DKK Prepaid rent: 6,000 DKK. We are looking for spacious, responsible and sweet new roomies for our small community in Randersvej. Our house is sloping opposite the water tower in Aarhus N - just a stone's throw from the uni, shopping, city buses and the new light rail (right outside the door). To the house there is a lovely backyard with plenty of opportunities and charm; we have high-pitched, small vegetable garden, apple-tree trees, ribs and rose bushes in addition to a spacious shed, swing and the nicest bonfire site hidden in the back of the garden in addition to a small semi-covered stone terrace. We help with keeping the garden, lawn and hedge neatly together with the two tenants who live in the basement apartment and there is almost endless possibilities (and freedom) for what you can use the garden for if you find new, nice ideas for this. . ?? With us there is both room to enjoy a bite to eat, a grand movie or just a good conversation in the kitchen, but we also respect a closed door when you need it. We have a weekly cleaning scheme - where we each have one small part of the common areas to clean - and shop for practical things like toilet paper and washing up drains with money from the common box we pay DKK 150 for each month. It is important that our home is spacious, nice and welcoming, so we would really like to have a good place around us, so we can in principle have lovely friends visiting every day for a glass of red wine, food or the like. We are now a small handful of spacious, slightly nerdy and very creative creatures seeking the last one to fill our community with even more smiles and good times in the future. ?? Frank is 29 and the latest move. He has just finished his master's degree in philosophy and has previously lived in both Norway and Italy. Kasper is 28 years old, art historian of education and currently works. with Educational IT at Aarhus University. Next to that, he nurses with analog video art and performs performances (including in the noise group Fire In Your Face) and also reads thousands of cool, philosophical and obscure books. Nanna is a 28-year-old performing artist and chairman of the artist collective Amok, but at home she cooks advanced, delicious stews, baking wild cakes and juicy bread. She has previously worked and been an active part of Aarhus' cultural scene. at the alternative music festival Pop Revo, as well as with concert photography, music journalism etc. Both are also active, inquisitive cinefile with their own film club - they are always ready to talk about everything from giallo, gore, dadaism and art to music, politics, society and everything there in between - which often unfolds in our common kitchen. Esben is 27 years old and has just completed his thesis in Art History on witches, occultism and all sorts of trolls in contemporary art. He also has an artistic practice in the studio Amok, the project Ild I Dit Ansigt and as a volunteer for PERFORMANCErum, which conducts performance art in Room 46, Mejlgade. We also have the pleasure of sharing home with two sweet, lovely cats - so of course you have to be okay too. ??
