Looking for a new roomie as my Canadian roommate has to continue his studies elsewhere. The one lease now rented is a room of 13m2 to 4000 kr. month prepaid. The room is furnished with chest of drawers, clothes rack, bookcase, small dining / desk and a bed. Consumption is incl. in the price. This includes electricity, water, heating and internet (300/300 fiber) The house is smoke-free and all smoking is done outdoors. There is free access to kitchen with own space in both refrigerator and dedicated space for your things in the cupboards. I myself live in another part of the house with my girlfriend and there lives a girl in the second room on the 1st floor. The terraced house is a beautiful terraced house on 3 floors: 1st floor, living room and basement of a total of 160 m2. It is the last house in the row and lies right next to a beautiful green area with a cozy lake. Facts and pizzaria are 150m from the house. In the kitchen-living room / living room new floors have been laid and new kitchen installed. The kitchen is of course for free use. Also, in all rooms on the 1st floor, new floors have been painted and laid (the same as in the living room and kitchen). I want to rent out per July 1, 2019. IMPORTANT: There is a small cute, happy dog (Pomeranian) living in the house, so you must like dogs :) She does not come up on the 1st floor. ---------------------------- Public transport: ------------------- --------- Albertslund station is 5 min. away by bike. I live in another part of the house myself with my girlfriend and there lives a girl in the other room on the second floor. The house is a terraced house in 3 storeys. Second floor, ground floor and basement at a combined 160 m2 / 1722 square feet. It is the last house in the row and is just next to a lovely green area with a cozy lake. Supermarket and pizza place is 150m from the house. In the kitchen area and living I have installed new floors and a new kitchen. The kitchen is of course to free use for all. In the rooms on the second floor I have painted and put down new flooring (the same as in the kitchen and living room). I wish to rent out from July 1, 2019.
