Hi! I have been lucky enough to grab the super delicious and new apartments at the Green Square in Valby. The houses are called Lathyrus houses. The move takes place on November 1st. The houses are just off the S-train stations Vigerslev Allé and Ny Ellebjerg + more bus connections. The apartment is a 4-room apartment and is located on Paradisæblevej 88 3, TV. The rent is at 5070 a month incl. Water and heat. The price is exclusive net, which I will soon get the price of The two rooms I rent out are 9 m2 and both have a built-in closet. There is a shared kitchen of 22 m2 and a common living room of 17 m2. There is also a balcony of 5 m2. When the rental agreement is signed, which must be made no later than 5 days after I have received the contract, 1 month's rent will be paid at 4,667 kr. I will receive the contract tomorrow no later than Tuesday. Then a 3 month deposit will be paid as well as the first month's rent of 5070 d. October 1, which is month before moving in.
