Roommate is wanted for Østerlunden, 4th bedroom apartment
Hello dear home seekers. My roommate and I are looking for a tenant for our 4th bedroom apartment. For us, it does not matter if you are male or female. We are looking for a 20-25-year-old, you are very welcome to be a student so we can apply for housing benefit together. Here in our apartment we enjoy socializing and it would be great if you feel like taking part in this. However, a closed door is also respected. We sometimes cook together when our daily lives allow it. About the apartment, it must be said that it is brand new and has everything in white goods. It is located in the new residential area called Østerlunden. Here there are nice outdoor areas and the river is less than 500 meters away. It is also not far to the center and shopping opportunities. By bike there are approx. 15 min to the university and the other higher education in Odense is even closer. A little about us: Frederik: I study welfare technology in the 4th semester at SDU. I enjoy watching TV and hanging out with my classmates. Johannes: Also studying in the 4th semester at SDU. Here he is studying energy technology. Johannes enjoys cycling and watching TV in his spare time.
