Rent room in new building in Ørestaden by the 8th century. Only 5-10 min. walk from Vestamager metro station, where the next stop is Fields. The apartment has a great view, from the living room and balcony towards Amager Natur Park. You rent the room, but consider us roomates, thereby sharing the living room and kitchen, which is furnished with my furniture, and of course you must have friends visiting. There is an espresso machine, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer in the apartment. The kitchen has both oven, stove and freezer. As well as the apartment has a balcony, and the rooms are at each end, and all walls are soundproofed. The apartment is completely newly built, there is indoor locked bicycle storage room and basement room attached. There is no cable TV, but a TV in the living room with Netflix, Tv2 Play and ViaPlay. A little about me: Seeing myself as a cozy roomate, who more than happy to open a good bottle of wine from time to time, and cook good food. But at the same time appreciate the privacy and closed doors. Appreciate things in order and trust each other. In recent years I have owned my own restaurant, despite my education being a bachelor in language, culture and marketing (negot). Now working as a F&B Manager at Ligula Hospitality Group, and has mixed working hours. Then I really try to get back into shape and eat fairly healthy, have previously grown sports on the elite level. I like to run in a hilly forest, or bicycles on the roads. The perfect roommate is a fresh one to eat together once in a while, or enjoy a glass of wine. But at the same time respect each other's weekdays and habits, and to respect if you just want to be yourself one day. Reference to my previous roomie can be provided if desired.
