I'm a 19 year old man who recently moved from home when my mother moved with her boyfriend. I have taken over the apartment, but do not really need a room. In addition, I am a very social person, and therefore I do not mind sharing the apartment with anyone. The rental period "12-24 months" must be understood as meaning that the housing company can only furnish the room in max. 2 years. If you only have the option of renting the room for a short period of time, this is just fine. The room is currently exclusively furnished with a sofa bed, and 2 wall lamps. These can easily be removed if desired. Note the bed in the picture is not the sofa bed, it will be moved in the near future. In addition, the painting and the television are also removed. Ift. smoking, this is not a problem, but I would ask that it be done in one's own room or on the balcony of the apartment. The expiration date must be understood as earliest possible, later (eg October 1) is also fine. I am currently in a job, but I am constantly working on finding a new job.
