It is within bicycle distance to both AAU and the city center. Bus (17 and 18) nearby. Possibility of parking outside the house. There are good shopping opportunities with a Spar grocery store nearby and Net / Rema in bicycle distance. The small room is partially furnished. The room has a large window / door with direct access to the terrace. The house is recently renovated and has a kitchen / dining room with a large loft. Bathroom with cupboards and shower.
