Roommate is looking for a 3-room apartment on Valdemarsgade in Odense C As my current roommate moves out, I am looking for a new one to share the apartment with from around D.1 / 5. The apartment is 100m2 and the available room is approx. 11m2. The rent is DKK 4,556 (before housing allowance) Including aconto. + power and internet. Deposit is DKK 6,000. There are 2 bedrooms in the apartment, and a large kitchen connected to the living room. In the basement there are 2 washers and dryers, which are shared with the property's 2 other apartments. There is an associated basement room, and a small garden in the backyard My name is Lasse Dujardin, I am 25 years old and currently reading. Subject so I can start studying engineering at SDU this summer. In addition, I have a studio job, train in fitness and cycle a lot.
