The apartment is a 4-room 97 m2, consisting of 3 rooms, a large kitchen-dining room with dishwasher, a large bathroom with washing machine and dryer and a cozy balcony. There is floor heating throughout the apartment, bicycle storage, underground parking and storage room. The apartment is 400m walking distance to Valby station where regional as well as B, BX, C and H trains run. If you are going with other train lines, Ny Ellebjerg station is 10 minutes walking distance. The shopping opportunities are located in Spinderiet and we are fortunate that this summer we will get a Netto and a Rema1000 right next to the apartment. We have been friends for a decade and we are both very outgoing. We spend a lot of time with friends and family and we love the social community. We love to watch ball, drink beer and watch good movies. We are always ready for spas and lions and whether it involves a party or not. Of course, we also respect a closed door.
