Roommate is searched
As our current roommate moves to December 1st, we are missing a new one for our apartment. The apartment is located at Søndre Ringgade, 8000 Aarhus C. It is 2 min on the way to Harald Jensen's square, where there are plenty of buses to the whole city. By bike there are 10 min to the city center and University Park. The apartment itself is 105 sqm spread over 5 rooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and a large hallway. There is free sink in the basement and a bicycle cellar. The room that is rented is approx. 13 sqm, and unfurnished. Besides, there is a shared kitchen with dishwasher, living room, dining room and 2 bathrooms. You will live with Kristoffer and Simon (me). Kristoffer is 23 years old and is studying for building engineer on the 5th semester. Simon is 23 years old and reads molecular biology on the 3rd semester. As we are students, it would be optimal that you are also, as we can get housing support. We also prefer that you are roughly our age. Gender is, however, equal. The rental period is unlimited. Rent incl. consumption (water, heating, electricity, internet, home insurance): 4,520 kr. - Housing support is not offset. Deposit (incl. 1 month prepaid rental): 18,080 kr. You can contact us here.
