I have one room available per night. October 1st at the apartment, which I rent in Skælskør Housing Company. The apartment is a total of 76 m2, where I have a workshop / design studio and run my business. The room, 12m2 is bright and freshly painted and can be rented with or without furniture. This is a part lease with a contract and an opportunity to address. There is a common hallway, bath and kitchen. Washing machine, own refrigerator, kitchen appliances etc. is for free use. Rent 2049 / mo. incl.forbrug. Deposit 3 months I am looking for a calm and preferably female tenant, student, commuter or similar, who has control over life and the economy. And who values the community, but at the same time respects privacy. I am a mature and creative woman. I love to cook and bake. And I have a colony garden where I grow vegetables and enjoy nature. Skælskør offers many cultural and artistic experiences. There are good shopping opportunities and nature is right outside your door. In the neighborhood where I live there is a quiet and nice neighborhood.
