Hello :) I'm looking for a sweet and fresh roomie who would like to be students. The apartment is 70m2 and consists of kitchen / living room, a bathroom, a staircase and a little time, and two rooms. There are washer and dryer in the bathroom and a dishwasher in the kitchen. Your room is a bright møbeleret 12 m2 room, with 2 large windows, a large built-in closet + single bed, desk, chair and bookcase by moving (not quite as shown in the picture). There is a garden attached to the housing complex, all tenants share, and bike shed to store your bike right outside the housing complex. Besides this it follows that with the apartment a large store room for storage that should ideally be used. The rent is 4000 kr. Incl. water and heating, internet and cable TV. Deposit 4000 kr. Pets not allowed. The apartment is 1.4 km from Odense train station, 4.6 km from SDU, 3.6 km from University Hospital and 450 meters from the nearest shops. I myself am a happy, open and talkative Faroese girl on 26år studying medicine at SDU / OUH, and has approximately One year left of my education. I am looking for a roommate aged 20-30 years who are ready to move into from d. April 19. Your room is a light furnished 12m2 room, with two large windows and a big closet + a singlebed, a desk, chair and a bookcase upon moving in (so not exactly like the picture). There is a lawn outside the building att all the tenants share, and a shed two great your bicycle. The også a storage room (shared with me) if nödvändigt.
