Roommate wanted!
Room for rent! I am looking for a new roommate to move in per. January 1, 2020. The room is located in Valby, close to the metro and metro, so it is easy to get around in Copenhagen. The room is 14 sqm, with 2 windows and a small closet. Otherwise, the room is unfurnished. The rent for the room is DKK 4,000 per month. Rent incl. water, heat, electricity and internet. No deposit is required, but 1 month of prepaid rent. When moving in, the first month's rent + one month's pre-paid rent, totaling DKK 8,000, must therefore be paid. The apartment you will share with me is a total of 105 sqm. It contains my bedroom, your room, 2 living rooms for sharing as well as a kitchen, toilet and bath. There is a washing machine in the kitchen which is in common use. The apartment is located in a large building, with a large patio, especially in summer it is a perfect place to sit and grill, or just have fun. I am a smoker myself, so I have to smoke in the apartment. A little about me: I'm a trained tailor, but I work full time in a drug store. I am very social, so if you want to spend time together, then this is no problem!
