A roommate in Aalborg C is sought
Hello everyone! When my roommate moves from Aalborg, I'm looking for a new roommate for a 3-room apartment of 81 sqm located in Aalborg C. The apartment is a few minutes walk from the railway station and pedestrian street and there are therefore plenty of good transport and shopping opportunities. The accommodation consists of a room of approx. 17 sqm and shared kitchen, living room and bathroom. In the basement there is a drying and laundry room which can be used for a fee. The fixed monthly rent is 4500, -which covers consumption, internet and TV. (However, there is housing support of 500 kr, which we share, that is, will cost 4250, - in total) The apartment is shared with me. I'm a quiet and fun 24 year old girl who studies mathematics on the 4th semester. I am really fond of sports and am extremely social. ATTENTION !!! It is expected that the new tenant is non-smoking and tidy. The room can take over from 1/8-17.
