Roommate Himmelev Roskilde
Has two rooms that I would like to rent out within a reasonable time when my former roommates move on June 31 :) However, they may be able to expire before. The rooms are from approx. 7-12 sqm and the rent will be around 3500 all inclusive per. Room (right now I use the small room myself, but considering changing). Deposit will be paid - 1 month rent and prepaid rent that will also be 1 month rent. We are going to share about living room, kitchen etc. There is a dishwasher and washing machine for free use. In addition, we are divided on cleaning and gardening. (There is only a small clum of grass on each side, but it must be smashed once and then weed must be removed) .. the fun together! : D Short About Me: Are 28 years old and I work at The Old Irish Pub in Lyngby where I am a director. Works primarily Thursday, Friday and Saturday. (Friday and Saturday I work at night, so I'm home early in the morning - so if you're one who wakes up easily or does not get up early or can withstand a light alarm at the time, it might get a bit boring in the long run Of course, I try to be as quiet as possible !: P You must be able to withstand pets, as there are one / two cats, and you may be able to visit a dog for care. Of course, we expect all of us to clean up ourselves so here Nice to be for everyone and hope to find someone whom you could have a nice fellowship with.: D Send me a brief description of you and what you think you can contribute to the cabin. I need to emphasize that it is important for Me that the rent will be paid for the first month, as it is me paying for the bills in the house. You MUST be a stable payer and I can promise a cozy room in a cozy setting with lots of peace and quiet.
