* SEARCHING TWO ROOMIES * Since I rented a 4-room apartment on Strandlodsvej at 2300 Kbh S per 1/8, I now stand and have to find two people who want to create a home with me. The pictures speak for themselves. This is a super nice apartment of 112 square meters on the 3rd floor in a very good location. These include: - Two rooms with built-in cupboards - One large room with storage room / walk-in closet - Large, nice and bright kitchen - Combined washer-dryer - Dishwasher - Large south-facing balcony - Bicycle cellar - Shared courtyard The rent is defined by the size of the rooms, but the rent will be between about 6,000 and 7,000 per man ALL inclusive. In terms of my previous leases, I have the most furniture in relation to living room and kitchen. A little about me: I'm a 23-year-old young man starting at KU this summer. In addition to high school I have served military service in Holstebro, traveled around Eastern Europe with a friend and worked at a design furniture house. I enjoy a good bottle of wine combined with conversations about everything and nothing. However, like everyone else, I have days where privacy is to be taken care of. A little about you: It is subordinate to what gender you are as long as you are a decent, clean and polite person. I would rather you are reading or going to work after summer. You should preferably want to create a home from scratch so that we all can have a good time. Age does not mean the great; but it would be preferable, you are between 20 and 25. The choice of rooms we find together when I have measured up and can come with a fixed rent per room.
