Roomies are looking for a large newly established apartment
As my two roomies are due to move this summer, I am looking for two new ones for Aalborg's best mansion a stone's throw from Nordkraft and the pedestrian zone. There is occupancy on June 1st, and July 15th depending on which room you are interested in.? The apartment is a total of 118 square meters and consists of three good rooms with high ceilings, a spacious hallway and newly established kitchen, bath and utility room . There is also a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer in the apartment as well as an attached basement room. There are two rooms, one of which is about 15 square meters where there is occupancy on 1 June and the other room is about 20 square meters, where there is occupancy on 15 July. The rent in the smallest room is at 3400, - DKK. The second room of about 20 square meters costs 3600, -kr. Both include water, heating and internet. Electricity is payable per quarter. Upon moving in, DKK 9500 is paid in deposit + one month pre-paid rent. You will be staying with a fresh and welcoming guy of 24 years studying Sports and Social Studies. I hope that the life in the apartment will continue to be shared, but that there is also great value in living alone in the rooms. Personally, I enjoy life with everything from training and winter bathing to board games and wine. ? I'm looking forward to getting to know two new people and looking forward to creating a new life with you in the apartment. I am basically looking for a student who likes to be social. It is an advantage if you have lived abroad before, and are between 21-27 years. I appreciate a clean and nice apartment and expect you to contribute to this as well.
