Hi! We are looking for either a new girlfriend (since those living in the room are now moving out) or a single male roomie to inhabit the largest room in our community in the center of Odense from February 1, 2019. The room is about 16 sqm in one Apartment of about 160 sqm. There is a large, new kitchen (with dishwasher !!) and bathroom with sink, as well as a TV room with an associated chamber, which we have furnished as a bar. You / I will live with Frederik, 25, and Emma, 23, who both read media science in the second year, and Sofie, 24, who will start a graduate in psychology this summer. For a couple, the rent will include. aconto be approx. 3,000 kr per person per month. For a single person the rent will be approx. 4300 kr pr. month. The deposit is 15,000 DKK and covers 3 months deposit + one month's prepaid rent, plus a one-time fee of 500 DKK to be contracted.
