Roomie for large-share apartment sought - DKK 3,250 per month!
I'm a 21-year-old girl looking for a new roomie for an apartment of 94 m2 incl. balcony. It is about a room of approx. 20 m2, which is available. Where there is ample room for various furniture. Commonly there is a large living room, kitchen and shared bathroom and toilet - so there are also parts friendly ;-) In addition, there is a washing machine and tumble dryer for free use. With all consumption incl. is the monthly rent: 3,250 kr. from each. (housing support is reported and I therefore see you are a student or otherwise entitled to housing support) The apartment is in Nørresundby in a large apartment area called Strubjerg. It is a few minutes walk distance to Rema1000 and Fitness World. In addition, there are really good bus connections where there is only 1 min. walk down to the bus stop - both to the center of Aalborg with approx. 8 min. transport time and direct morning bus to Uni east, approx. 20 minute transport. Night buses also drive directly in and out of the center. If you are more healthy, there is also a direct bike path to Aalborg!
