?? Roomie is looking for a 4 bedroom apartment of 97 sqm in Aalborg ?? Occupation October 1/1. November (Alternative occupancy in September is also possible) We rent a room of 10 sqm on Eternitten in a newer property from 2017. The apartment is built and furnished in good and decent quality materials. The floor of the apartment is covered with beautiful tiles or slatted parquet in ash. The kitchen and bath are furnished with modern fixtures. Furthermore, there is a large balcony, parking space and storage room. The apartment is furnished with a large living room which has access to the three rooms respectively. 8.10 and 12 sq.m. We are looking for: A young man / woman, preferably students who are socially inclined and would like to enjoy a beer every now and then. ?? If you are interested in sports it is a plus! You must be part of the apartment's chores, such as easier cleaning and any. maintenance. About us: We are two young boys of 23 who originally come from Thy, and study respectively. university economics and social educator at UCN. We both possess a dry humor (and a dry throat) ??, watch a lot of sports and spend a lot of time together in the apartment. Practical info / all with the smallest: - The rental period is initially until summer, with the possibility of extension. - We have a joint food budget, which is an offer but not a requirement. - The apartment is fully furnished with bl. a. Sofa, TV, gas grill and various tables and chairs. Rent + fixed costs (electricity, water and heat, TV / internet, insurance, etc.) is around DKK 3750 a month.
