Roomie wanted (room close to RUC and Trekroner St.)
Hello potential flatmate! I'm looking to share two rooms in my place with friendly and considerate people. The location is 1 km from Trekroner St. and less than 1 km from Roskilde University. The rooms are 7.2 and 7.9 m² and are unfurnished. This is a 1st floor apartment of 98 m² and has three bedrooms, one bathroom, a balcony and a large living room with integrated kitchen. One person per bedroom will be living there. The rent is DKK 3,700 for the smaller room and DKK 3,900 for the bigger one + DKK 700 (on account heating, water, electricity, for each room). Internet is included in the rent. You pre-pay the last month's rent + advance payment, plus 1 month's rent as deposit (if you return the room as you found it, you get the deposit back). I've been in Denmark for a bit over a year and I really enjoy living here. In my free time I like being active or watching a movie. I'm currently a PhD candidate at DTU Wind (Risø campus), so on weekdays I'm home only in the evenings. If you are interested, write a bit about yourself. Note: the rental ends on October 1st 2023.
