Roomie sought room in house with garden
Hi I am looking for a roomie for the house + garden I have rented as I think it is a bit too big for myself when the boyfriend chose to leave. However, it must be said that I have an indoor cat, so you can not have a cat or have allergies, then unfortunately this is not a place for you. Housing: The rent is DKK 3550, which includes water, heating, electricity and internet. The deposit of DKK 8550 implies DKK 5000, which is the deposit itself, and DKK 3550 which is last month's rent. The whole residence is a 2 level house + large garden and large driveway. The room is 12 m2 and nice, but with sloping walls. The rest of the house is fully furnished and will therefore be fully utilized. Kitchen and bath are newly renovated. There will be the possibility of using the washing machine and dryer, however this is not included in the rent (Approx. DKK 10 per use including washing powder). The property is located in Vejgaard with good shopping opportunities, minimum 50 m to the nearest. At the same time, there is a 2-minute walk to the nearest bus stop, with direct connections to both Aalborg city center and Aalborg University. I would like any new roommate to come to a small interview where you can see the room and facilities. At the same time to be able to see each other and to make expectation reconciliation in relation to e.g. cleaning etc. I am looking for a person who is welcoming and responsible, who is ready to be an active part of what belongs in living together, and to respect a closed door. A little about myself: I am a trained Rustfast Klein blacksmith (Craftsman) and am very socially minded, open minded and honest. In my spare time, I shoot about 3-4 times a week, work out, spend time with family and friends, and every now and then I play computer, otherwise I love to wander around the garage or garden.
