The apartment is 94 sqm and is a stone's throw from the water - should this not already have caught your interest, read below: IT GETS YOU: - Unfurnished room of 8 sqm incl. wardrobe - Furnished common areas, incl. dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and the necessary kitchen utensils to make a delicious game of spaghetti and meat sauce - Storage room - Bicycle cellar - Balcony overlooking the water - 2 lovely roomies - Frederik (23 years) and Anne (24 years) - 5 minutes walking - legs to Havnebadet, BUT you can swim everywhere out here! - 5 minutes by foot to Netto and Spar - 5 minutes by bike to Sydhavn station - 15 minutes by bike to the main train station and bus 7a goes right outside the door (almost like that) - A place to stay for at least 1 year with a view to unlimited rent All this you get for DKK 5,450 a month, incl. water, heat, internet and electricity. WE WANT: - That you are around our age - That you are stable when it comes to paying rent and compliance with agreements - That you can find out to swing a vacuum cleaner in the common areas and can clean up after yourself - That you are social and fresh at once beer / wine / food - you name it every now and then, but at the same time you can accept a closed door - A qualified teammate for HINT - That you are generally a mega nice person and that you think the same about us LISTEN ABOUT US: Frederick: 23 years old, comes from Mon and works full time while trying to find his way in life.
