Roomie is searched for room close to Uni Park
Hello out there I have acquired a 2-room apartment of 59 sqm in Århus N (Malmøgade), and therefore I'm looking for a room for moving sometime between d 1/11 and 15/11 preferably a student due to housing support. The room I rent is about 14 sqm (same size as mine), in addition there is a bathroom with washing machine + tumble dryer, a kitchen with space for a small dining table and a storage room in the basement. The apartment is approx. 1 km from the unipark, 1-2 minutes walk to shopping and 10-15 minute bike ride to the city center. A little practical knowledge: The rent per month is 3850kr (including housing support + aconto, exclusive internet) Deposit is 16,000kr (deposit + prepaid rent) Little about me: My name is Mathilde and I am a 22 year English English student in 3 semesters, as in His free time is working (because the SU is not always enough), enjoying friends and family, watching many movies and series (because why not?). I am looking for a roomie that, as I say, is a student, just as I am, but also one who appreciates that the apartment is nice and clean you may have my fault to ride in your own room, but for God's sake take your dishes and go out with the garbage, I promise to do the same. You may also want to be someone who wants to do something social once in a while; drink a glass of wine / cup of tea, watch a movie, talk? Just so we do not live parallel lives. In addition, there must of course be room for little privacy, so respect for a closed door is essential.
