Roomie is wanted for a room at Stjernepladsen with an unlimited rental period
Since my roomie Josefine is going to the US to hike, I'm looking for a new roomie. I rent a room of approx. 16 sqm in my apartment on Stjernepladsen close to Aarhus University, the Nobel Park, the city center and with the light rail right outside the door. The room is part of an apartment of approx. 55sqm, where in addition to the two rooms there is a kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with washer and dryer and a small hallway with space for shoes and jackets. In addition, there is both a nice large balcony, which both rooms have access to and two roof terraces. The room is bright and spacious with green views. It is a newly built apartment, so everything works really well, which among other things means that there is underfloor heating throughout the apartment as well as good sound insulation. We also have a large basement room where there is plenty of storage space as well as free parking right next to the building. The practicalities: - Moving in May 1 - The rent is 4884 per. (4384 after housing benefit), and this includes water and heating - Deposit corresponds to 3 months rent, and a deposit corresponding to one month's rent deposit will of course be charged to you when you move, of course. A little about me: I am 25 years old and studying psychology at Aarhus University, while I also play football in AaB. I have a very active everyday life and therefore enjoy relaxing in the apartment when I am at home.
