Roomie is looking for a room in Odense C
As our current roomie moves to Jutland we are looking for one to take over her room per night. October 1, 2019 or a little before. The apartment is located on Vindegade, it is 98 m2 divided on two levels with shared living room, kitchen, bath with washing machine and a delicious, large balcony. You will come to live mega centrally, close to the pedestrian zone and monks bog. The available room is approx. 15 m2 and located on the 2nd floor in extension of the kitchen and living room, the other rooms are upstairs. The rent is DKK 3,681, we also get housing support which is DKK 1,019, so we hope you are a student so we can continue with this :) In addition, the internet comes to approx. 100 DKK. per month per man and electricity every quarter. The deposit is DKK 5,500. We are 23 and 24 years old and both study at SDU. We really like to eat popcorn, play games, watch TV and mortgage, both together and separately. We also like to drink a beer and eat together once in a while. We prefer that you have lived outside before and have some control over the economy and cleaning.
