The lease is among the new apartments built in Risskov by Brassøvej. The apartment is a total of 90 m2 and the room that you will be staying in is approx. 8 m2. The room has a nice big window, and besides this, the room faces North, so there is no sunshine here in the hot summer! (The attached building plan was an example of an apartment, so it does not fit exactly because you do not want a door to the balcony but a window.) You will live in a nice area with a Rema 1000, 50 meters away and a large roof terrace and comes with dishwasher, dryer and washing machine! In addition, there is also easy transport by bus, otherwise the light rail runs close by too! You will be living with two boys - Lasse, 22 and Martin, 23. Lasse reads HA top-up at Aarhus BSS, and Martin reads subjects that he should start on mechanical engineering for February. We are both very fresh and friendly, we like it when something happens in the apartment, whatever it may be, and when you need to unplug the TV or the computer is a good alternative.
