Roomie wanted for unlimited rent of 16 sqm room in Aarhus C
From 17 December / 1 January, we are looking for a new roomie for a room of 16 sqm on Lundbyesgade, where there is light and high ceilings. The apartment is approx. 93 sqm, and consists of entrance hall, 3 rooms, kitchen, bathroom and a separate toilet. In addition to the apartment, there is a basement where there is a laundry room, bicycle parking, a workshop and access to a large courtyard. In the attic there is a drying room and space for storage. ARoS, Godsbanen, Musikhuset and Scandinavian Center are the nearest neighbours, and it is a short 10-minute walk to Strøget. Simon, 27, who is a power trader, and Jonas, 27, who is a sound designer and works in the film city, live in the apartment. We try to keep a clean home and prefer that there is not too much noise in the apartment. We are pretty chill :-) The rent is NOK 5100 incl. everything (water, heating, electricity, fiber network, washing), and unfortunately there is no possibility of housing benefit. A deposit of 3 months' rent + one month's prepaid rent must be paid. Total incl. first month's rent NOK 25,500. We don't have any major requirements other than that you are clean, don't smoke, considerate and respect your roomies - and of course the golden closed door.
