I'm looking for one roomie per night. 1/7 to my delicious 2-room apartment on Stjernepladsen, Funch Thomsens Gade. The building dates from 2017 and has 2 large roof terraces, elevator, covered bicycle parking and storage room in the basement. Expenses: DKK 4500 including consumption and housing support! In addition, electricity + internet is paid separately. Deposit: kr. Location: Close to everything! - 2 min. walk to University - Bus and light rail right in front of the apartment - 10 min. by bike to the city center - 10 min. on bike to forest and beach About the apartment: The apartment is the perfect sharing apartment! - Two equally sized rooms - Shared kitchen with dishwasher and a small dining area - Shared bathroom with washer and dryer - Large balcony with sun all day (exit from both rooms!) About your room: - Approx. 15sqm large! - Large window from floor and ceiling - Two wardrobes that can be moved around the room About me: I am 22 years old and read law in the 4th semester. I love Aarhus and you can often find me at one of the city's cafes or dance floors. I am very social and always ready for a cup of coffee or a cold beer! In addition, I agree that the common areas are kept clean and neat :) About you: My only requirements are that you are a student (so we can get housing subsidies), can find out how to keep the common areas clean and not least ready to create a nice roomie community with me :) Drop me a message if that sounds like something to you!
