Roomie wanted for large and quiet apartment in Odense C
When I come home from my stay abroad in January, I am looking for a roomie who can move in around 1/1-15/1. A little about the apartment: The apartment is a 3-room apartment of 102 square meters and is located in Odense C - close to Politigården. It is 5 minutes on foot to the nearest shopping facilities/centre, 5 minutes on foot to the light rail, 15-20 minutes by bike to SDU and 5 minutes by bike to the harbour. There are all white goods - including a dishwasher and a combi washer and dryer. The washing machine is almost new and so is the fridge. The apartment includes a large private roof terrace with a beautiful view of Odense of around 30 sqm. The apartment consists of a kitchen, hallway, 2 large rooms, bathroom, storage room and a large living room - all rooms with high ceilings and well insulated. The apartment is located in a business complex in the "basement", which means that there are no overstayers after 17-18:00 on weekdays and before noise on weekends. Your room is marked with a cross. Finances: The apartment is located at a total of around DKK 7,000. to which DKK 1,400. goes to water, heating and electricity, which are billed at regular intervals. With housing benefit, the monthly costs per person to be around DKK 4,500. - DKK 5,500 depending on consumption. A little about me: I am 24 years old and studying International Business at SDU. On a daily basis, I spend most of the time at university, work and training at hobby level, so I am typically mostly at home in the evenings. I don't smoke and very rarely party as the city is 5 minutes away and therefore use the city if I need a beer or two. I am socially inclined and enjoy meeting new people, cooking together and talking about anything and everything. In addition, a tidy apartment is highly valued - in other words, friends must be able to drop by with 5 minutes' notice and arrive at a neat apartment.
