Roomie is looking for a large and cozy apartment
Rented from 1 / 1-2020 to 1 / 8-2020. Since my current roomie is going to exchange, the room is rented out partially furnished. There will be bed, chest of drawers and a small closet, and the rest we can talk about what suits you. ROOM: 19 sqm with large and nice window area. DKK 4,400 includes rent, water, heating and internet. Electricity on top of a DKK 100-150 month and paid separately. We have laundry in the basement and pay only for electricity, and for half a year we paid approx. £ 100 each, so dirty socks are not a big expense here! Deposit is refundable as long as the room is just in the same condition as upon takeover. HOUSING AID: We expect that we will receive DKK 1,000 in housing support, then DKK 500 each of the rent, as this is what we have received ourselves so far. APARTMENT: 3-room total of 94 sqm with large common living room of 20 sqm. Kitchen with dishwasher and bathroom with bath. ABOUT MYSELF: I am 26 years old, and read Health Technology at the University of Aarhus. In my spare time, I enjoy being social, having a free time job and being able to get out on a good day. I'm always fresh on a beer, board game, events or fun at home! Of course, I respect a closed door, and also need reading time myself for the study. OMG YOU: You can swing a vacuum cleaner, look after the apartment and not party every weekend. But besides that, finally write a little about yourself! Eg. what you spend your free time on, your favorite series or the recipe for your best hangover. I look forward to hearing from you.
